Summer Flow: Meditation, Movement, and Sound Healing Saturday, July 18 from 11 am-3 pm Join us for a delightful afternoon of quiet meditation by the river, somatic movement and sound healing at a private retreat in Mariaville. Space limited to 10 participants. A vegan lunch will be served by host Lena Ramsay.
